1. neck rotations
2. wrist rotations
3. flexing the elbows
4. flexing the shoulders
5. opening the chest
6. stretching the arms
7. swing the arms
8. twist the waist
9. flex the hips
10. flex the knees
11. flex the ankles
12. step out to snap the leg and relax
13. spiral rotations - single hand wave left and right
14. spiral rotations - double hand wave
15. spiral rotations to the side - left and right
16. left and right backward brushing
17. spiral rotations - double hands front and back
