For many economic measures we give pairs and two years to show trends.
For example, we show imports with exports and government revenues with
government expenses. In addition to allowing some measurement of how
well a government manages its infrastructure in general and
responds to an epidemic in particular, those taking a longer view
should find the quantitative predictions about the impact of viral hemorrhagic
fever epidemics on national and regional economies of interest.
