| Note that not every special needs student has or requires a behavior plan. Usually, the primary emphasis should be on avoiding whatever triggers undesirable behavior. Determining what caused what appeared to be a seizure is often no simple matter, so the secondary emphasis of the behavior plan needs to be specify what to do when times are tough. |
