Hand strengthening tools that also improve fingers, wrists, forearms and biceps. The sets on the table were 10-15-20 pounds (round); 30-40-50 pounds (one round set, one oval set) and  60-70-80 pounds. Much safer and much cheaper than kettlebells, chi gu stones,or nigiri game (see below).  Here is a link to a video.
