Shoes for Chinese martial arts

When wearing a semi-formal black cotton or formal silks for tai chi chuan and other Chinese arts, an option is to wear one of the three styles of shoes shown below. For the most part, they are inexpensive and do not last a long time. The fabric- soled shoes (left) and the boots are effectively indoors only.
