Chen Family style Tai Chi Chuan - beginners
The external changes from sitting are not complicated. At the end of sitting you just stand up.
Your hands move from your knees so that the tip of the two middle fingers (acupuncture point
Pericardium 9) are touching a point about midway down the outside of the thigh called Gall
Bladder 32 (see chart below). If you can only reach Gall Bladder 31 that is good enough. Or anywhere
in between the two points. The key concept is connecting to that meridian.
