Chen Family style Tai Chi Chuan - beginners

Here is a standard bang made from 12" of 2" dowel (Home Depot or equivalent), 2 two-ended screws

(Home Depot) and two 2" dolls heads from Michaels. We sand and finish with mineral spirits (let

dry) and two coats of Varethane (let dry between coats). Try to paint and dry in a dust-free area.
