| In the early days this is the single most selected function. For those not familiar with special education classroom protocols the student wants the aide or teacher to stop, usually so the student can take a break. |
| Once the stop is trusted by both sides (the adult will stop; the child has a reason to ask for a pause), the next step is to, before temporarily releasing the student, ask why. This can be achieved by clicking Prior to get back to the user menu and then clicking something else like hygiene or food. There's progress to be made - to understand how much and in what direction parents, teachers and a whole team collaborate on writing an Individual Education Plan. While it is somewhat outside the scope of ANTILO, we firmly believe 100% of students ought to have an IEP. In the meantime, we'll head for the main menu to have a look around. |
