Weapons - Racks I drilled through the caps and threaded a 3/4" #8 zinc wood screw through as shown on the left. These were screwed into the 7/8" plywood (24" x 24") which I had screwed caster wheels into on the bottom. Then I used PVC cement to glue in the 24" long sections of 1.5 inch diameter ABS pipe. The screws were fine for light objects like half staffs, escrima sticks and jos. The full staffs exerted too much horizontal leverage and usually tore the screws out. Maybe bolts would work better. I am going to build "walls" of plywood secured by angle irons and attach the ABC pipes with conduit clamps. Stay tuned.
